Consumer Narrative
Barclays Bank credit card I made a credit card transfer on XX/XX/year>. Three of the cards transferred where duplicated, I believe due to their system glitch. I had their customer Svc rep assist me in completing the transaction, as I was having some system issues. When I detected the error, I immediately called Barclays and I was instructed to contact the merchants and have funds returned. This process has been completed and I have sent the total dup transfer amount in full.
