I have disputed late payment entries reported by XXXX on my credit card account ending in XXXX on three separate occasions. Each time, XXXX has responded with a vague statement that the reporting is accurate and verified, yet has never provided any documentation to prove the validity of the alleged late payments. Most recently, on XX/XX/year>, I received another letter from XXXX again claiming accuracy, and stating they would only add a dispute remark to my credit file. I am requesting that the CFPB investigate XXXX for failing to properly verify and for reporting potentially false and harmful information. I am requesting that all late payments on this account be removed from my credit reports. I have attached a formal final demand letter sent to XXXX.
