Ive always been years and months ahead of my car payment lately I would say since a couple of months Ive noticed unusual transactions history changes, payment changes, due dates change, opposite from the information and the contract I originally signed with, to mention two of my recent payments I made one on the principal and the other on monthly payments which pushed it further to XXXX, XXXX. But now they have made up new schedules which asks me to pay in three days apart and they come up with their own fabricated rules, Ive documents to prove everything written here, Ive found it to be an abuse, let me give some history, when i make a payment in XXXX for the amount of {$8000.00} that pushed my account years ahead this is when the monthly scheduled payment was {$270.00} after the big payment payment lowered to {$180.00} and my next payment after the big payment due wasnt until XXXX the XXXX XXXX, yet I made the last couple of months two big payment the last one being {$540.00} and it pushed it to XXXX next year, regardless of my payment history from my bank the loan company is threatening to assess late fees with the intent of repossession of the vehicle, I have found this to be troubling because out of the {$16000.00} loan I only have {$1400.00} left to pay off, and was never late In payment With Ally bank auto finance.
