On Friday XX/XX/year> I received XXXX different calls from ( XXXX ) XXXX when I was finally able to call back this so called debt collector refused to provide me information regarding the original creditor. The very rude representative just continued to insist that I owed this so called debt yet refused to tell me who it was. When I asked for their mailing and contact information to request proof of debt from the original creditor as well as a cease and desist contact the representative tells me, " What is that? '' Then goes on to state they do not know what that is and that is at a supervisor level so I asked for a supervisor and the representative refused then tells me there is not XXXX in and then hangs up on me. I called back got the same push back. I called a XXXX time and this time the person said he was a supervisor and when I asked for their name they mumbled and when I asked for the address to send a proof of debt from the original creditor as well as a cease & desist letter the representative laughed at me then hung up. I tried to dispute it through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX day it was rejected. I refused to be XXXX with calls and demanded to pay a debt that this so called company claims I owe yet continually refuses to provide any proof. Please help
