I am requesting a reinvestigation of the account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was closed in XX/XX/XXXX following a voluntary surrender. Despite its closure, this account continues to be reported monthly as delinquent and derogatory through XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, which is inaccurate and misleading. Continued reporting after closure constitutes potential re-aging of the debt and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This account has been investigated a few times and it still shows innacurate information and it's violating my rights. Please remove this account from my credit report.
