I sent XXXX to my mom for our electric bill cashapp allowed it to go through then refunded it and locked my cashapp I spoke with them stating it was me who made the transaction still was told to wait 24/48 hrs for if to be unlocked after 48 hours I was told that might it would be unlocked after that same ol story my electricity will be off because of this matter my mom also had money on my card to get bk and fourth to her new job and because of this she couldnt attend her first day
