Reporting late payments I never missed I am filing this complaint because XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is incorrectly reporting late payments on my mortgage ( loan XXXX XXXXXXXX ) between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, damaging my credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, I formally notified the bank via email ( to XXXX ) that my mortgage account was under review by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) regarding a property tax exemption case. I provided documentation supporting the exemption request and clearly requested resolution of the matter. Despite this notification and pending investigation, the bank reported my account as late during that period. I have never missed a payment, and the negative reporting is inaccurate and unfair. Furthermore, the payment that bank did under an amnesty must be voluntary by the tax payer owner or an authorized representative. If a payment is made under an amnesty, it is not allowed any payment invoice revision. It is known that the payment was not authorized and voluntarily neither. This is the main controversy here with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In addition, bank paid on XX/XX/XXXX while a claim was open in the XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. The bank organized the payment on XX/XX/XXXX with me after bank paid on XX/XX/XXXX without knowing it.
