On XX/XX/year> I went to the XXXX XXXX store to make a purchase on the XXXX app. When I got my credentials together I chose my debit card to make the purchase with XXXX. I then went to my g-pay wallet to choose the klarna card to make my purchase. Everything was approved and I got my receipt. I never pulled my credit card out and I never clicked on my credit card from g-pay wallet to make the purchase. The next day I checked my credit card transactions because I noticed some of my money was spent, and I noticed a transaction dated on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX factory that I did not authorized. I have XXXX debit cards on g-pay wallet and I have my credit card on XXXX XXXX I instantly called my bank to verify the unauthorized transaction and they gave me a temporary credit. On XX/XX/year> they kicked the credit back and charged my card again for the same amount, I called in again and at first they told me it was because they didn't see that I was doubled charged, then a XXXX attempt from me calling them they tried to say that my receipt and the receipt from XXXX XXXX matches. Remind you it is XXXX different card numbers. A XXXX attempt I called them back and they stated my card is linked to a digital card number from the XXXX XXXX which does not make sense because I never chose that card to make my purchase. I called XXXX XXXX and they said they never touched the card. So who did????? I have my receipts to back up what I'm explaining. I will not let Capital One, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX take advantage of me because they will not allow me to do this to them. This stealing and scamming and I want this fixed somehow. If I can get some legal advise that would be great as well. If I left any other details out please ask me any questions.
