I got this auto loan in 2021 through XXXX XXXX bank these people call text email me like XXXX times a day so overwhelming for me it's gotten so bad I had to tell them to stop calling so much & harassing me these people want work with me on my auto loan I'm having a hardship due to my situation of divorce took all my funds & I had lost of income due to my health time off work I've paid the loan down halfway the company always talking XXXX. Add so many fees on everything that they want tell you about they will not work with me on no level they are very aggressive with everything they does. They report bad to credit reports quickly they don't care at all I always ask them for any kind of help or payment plans they tell me no no no they will never get my business again they only want money & to repo your car & add all kind of fees & don't tell u about it. now as of today they are threatening me with XXXX again I told these people I spent all my on paying for my divorce i also have other bills they said they can't help me or have any payment options for me at all I ask them can I pay on the XXXX of XXXX they sad no I'll be up for repo by then remind you the payment is due on the XXXX of month. What's 2 ' days later i really need your help to deal with this situation thanks.
