The company Momnt has sent 30 days late on XX/XX/XXXX, payment is not due till XX/XX/XXXX. When I spoke to a Momnt rep, they informed me the system automatically generated a 30 day late payment. I believe it also caused XXXX to show 60 days late, since XXXX was submitted as late. XXXX was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I don't understand how it can show 30 days late, when paid on time. The rep gave me incorrect information causing these late payments. I told them since they record the conversation to go back and listen, I haven't been late on any payment in almost 2 decades, and I have Multiple accounts that vary. But now I do, since I started dealing with this company. Also they never reported payments that was paid XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX It's a blank as if no payment was ever made. shows, ND. not sure what that means. And to make matters worse, the reason I got this line of credit was to redo my bathroom. which was never completed. So I'm paying this back for a job that was never finished.
