I'm not denying that the information from a creditor that is trying to collect money from me is not accurate. I filed a dispute with XXXX and told them that this has been on my credit report for more than 7 years plus they keep coming back telling me the information is correct. I filed a dispute, I never said the information wasn't correct. I told them that it's been on my record for the last 7 years plus why is it still on my record and they always give me the same answer The information is correct. I'm asking them why is it still on my credit report after 7 years not getting the answer that I want. There's three credit bureaus. One of them has removed it and the other ones have not. XXXX will not remove it and XXXX removed it and then put it back on my credit report. I then asked them why did they take it off and put it back on and I got the same answer that the information is correct. That does not answer my question.
