i sent transunion, equifax, and experian letters on XXXX XXXX disputing the inaccurate information they are reporting on my credit report, it has been past the 30 days required by the fcra to respond. It is a violation of 15 usc 1681i, 15 usc 1681n, and 15 usc 1681o. I sent a 2nd round of letters on XXXX to all 3 agencies and they haven't responded yet. i am requesting that the inaccurate information be deleted from my credit report ASAP or i will move to litigation.
