Consumer Narrative
To Whom It M ay Concern, This is a formal Round 2 dispute concerning fraudulent and unauthorized accounts and inquiries previously disputed and removed from my credit reports. These same accounts were illegally reinserted without the required five-day advance notice under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ). According to federal law, if a credit bureau reinserts a previously deleted item into a consumers credit file, it must notify the consumer within five business days and include the name and contact information of the furnisher of the information. This notice was never provided to me, which is a clear violation of my rights. I demand that these accounts and inquiries be permanently deleted and that you issue immediate written confirmation of all deletions. Continuing to report unverifiable, inaccurate, and fraudulent information is willful noncompliance and subjects your agency to civil liability under the FCRA. Legal Consequences of Noncompliance If these violations are not corrected immediately, I will : File complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) Take legal action under FCRA 616 and 617 for damages and statutory violations Report these continued violations to my state Attorney General and include them in future legal proceedings
