This letter is a formal follow-up to my previous correspondence regarding the fraudulent accounts that appeared on my credit report ( see attachment ) due to identity theft. Despite my earlier dispute on XX/XX/year>2025, and in clear violation of the fair credit reporting act ( FCRA ) you have failed to remove the inaccurate information from my credit report. This letter serves as an official reminder that I am a victim of identity theft, and I have NO responsibility for the fraudulent accounts ( referenced attachments ). Despite providing all necessary documentation, including an FTC identity theft Affidavit, your agency has chosen to ignore its legal obligations under the FCRA, which requires you to thoroughly investigate disputed claims and remove any inaccurate information from my credit report. As required under section 611 of the FCRA, you are mandated to immediately remove all inaccurate information related to the fraudulent accounts, send me written confirmation that fraudulent items have been removed and cease reporting these fraudulent items to any third- party entities including creditors and collection agencies.
