On XX/XX/year>, I placed two separate orders with XXXX : XXXX for {$150.00} ( paid via XXXX ), and XXXX for {$290.00} ( paid via XXXX ). I received my {$150.00} order without issue. However, my {$290.00} order, which included 19 items plus a pair of shoes, was falsely marked as " delivered '' I never received this package. I have video footage from the delivery date showing only one package was delivered the smaller {$150.00} package not the {$290.00} order.
