I discovered a debt collection entry from Credit Collection Services ( CCS ) regarding a XXXX XXXX account. While the name and address listed may be mine, I have never opened any account, received services from, or signed any contract with XXXX XXXX. This is clearly a billing or reporting error. I do not owe this debt. I request that CCS provide full documentation to validate this debt, including a signed contract. If they can not provide such evidence, I demand this collection be removed from all credit reports and collection activity cease immediately. This false debt collection has harmed my credit reputation and caused unnecessary stress. I request immediate correction and a formal apology from the company. thank you
