1. After several attempts asking for credit report updates, the three major credit bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, refused to remove the student loan record from my files. 2. These three credit bureaus allowed my data to be hacked and have not contacted me to compensate me as they did with other customers whose data was hacked. 3. The three credit bureaus failed to freeze my accounts even after being asked to do so. 4. The three credit bureaus continue to mix business credit with personal credit. 5. These credit bureaus continue to respond just to close my complaint and keep the CFPB from pursuing my case. 6. Delete all hard inquiries from my account.
