I was told by the fraudster who represented himself as XXXX XXXX, that he would make an investment for me using money from my cashapp account. After he gained access to the money on my cashapp account he blocked me on social media and made unauthorized purchases with my money. He would not return my phone calls or texts nor would he refund my money. I am also reporting this incident to the police if necessary. There are XXXX transactions between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX {$2000.00} for {$200.00}, {$10.00}, {$20.00}, and {$170.00} for a total of {$400.00}. Thank you for your help I have attempted to resolve this by asking for refund and attempting to contact him many times over the past 2 months. The money was transferred to cashapp via the XXXX banking app and I will create a dispute with them as well if necessary. Cashapp although claiming to protect its customers has not refunded me nor to the vast of my knowledge taken action against the fraudster to recover my funds. Attached file shows the payments made and the denied requests for refunds. Thank you.
