On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. The Eaton Group Attorneys and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were notified of the bankruptcy on this date. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was issued a Wage Garnishment notice from XXXX, XXXX which includes my current mailing address. Prior to this where was no communication from the Eaton Group Attorneys of the garnishment or any court dates. A garnishment interrogatories were filed XX/XX/XXXX in stating that someone was spoken to in XXXX, AR regarding my income however no one was listed under the signature of garnishee or authorized representative. This document was filed in XXXX XXXX district court of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. What I am asking from the Eaton Group is to please provide loan documentation evidencing the debt that supports that this student loan debt is of the type that is non-dischargable. I have made this request to XXXX XXXX who states she is the account manager per the Eaton Group website on XX/XX/XXXX as well as spoke to XXXX XXXX over the phone requesting the above information. I was informed to Contact my attorney so he can explain how student loans are not dischargable in bankruptcy. So after contacting my previous attorney that assisted me in filing my bankruptcy in XXXX responded in an email, a response was given by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. The response states that student loans are not dischargable in bankruptcy Under 11 U.S.C 523 ( a ) ( 8 ). However no information was provided to substantiate that the debt was a type of debt that is non-dischargable. I notified the Eaton Group on XX/XX/XXXX as well as XX/XX/XXXX, of XXXX that I would file a complaint with CFPB if the above information that was requested was not provided.
