I, XXXX XXXX, am selling my home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX to XXXX XXXX. I have a loan for {$99000.00} for the solar panels on the roof of my home. The company that holds the loan for the solar panels ( Dividend financial ) is refusing to transfer the loan to my new buyer even though he is perfectly qualified. I believe that they are refusing the transfer because my interest rate is so low XXXX XXXX and they don't want to give up such a low rate to him. They've been really disrespectful and angry during this process. I would really love some help so I can complete my home sale process.
