XXXX. What happened? I submitted multiple disputes to LCI XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding inaccurate and fraudulent information on my credit report. I also provided supporting documentation, including an FTC identity theft report, police report, and proof of identity and address. Despite my request for a manual reinvestigation and a formal Method of Verification ( MOV ), the credit bureau failed to conduct a proper investigation. I also requested the removal of outdated personal information and fraudulent accounts stemming from identity theft and data breaches, but they failed to comply. Furthermore, I filed identity theft reports and submitted them in accordance with FCRA 605B, which requires blocking of fraudulent data within 4 business days. These fraudulent accounts are still being reported, and I have not received adequate responses or verification. This agency appears to have relied on automated systems ( such as XXXX ) without properly reviewing the documentation I submitted.
