In violation of both FCRA and FDCPA, I never received any notice of this alleged debt, with all of the required components, or of my right to dispute. However, as of XX/XX/year> this alleged and fraudulent collection account was reported to my credit report. I do not owe this debt or any debt to Credence Resource Management, or to any third party, Credence Resource Management is stating to represent. I was a victim of identity theft and had a plethora of accounts fraudulently opened in my name. I have, again, enclosed a copy of FTCs id theft report to this letter. As it is apparent that this alleged account was opened fraudulently, it is unconscionable that Credence Resource Management chose to initiate credit reporting and collection efforts, without giving me my legal right to dispute. Per FCRA and FDCPA, all reportable information has to be true and accurate prior to reporting. Credence Resource Management has failed to follow the law and has taken adverse action against me and my credit report, by placing a collection account on my credit report, which was opened by way of fraud, without giving me proper notification and my right to dispute. As such, I formally request that all adverse information placed against my credit report is removed immediately upon receipt of my documentation, and that further collection activities are ceased.
