XXXX XXXX XXXX requested permanent deletion and removal as per telephone call, yet, TransUnion continued to report unvalidated debt with obvious error causing severe damage to my score. TransUnions Complicity in Systemic Violations Failure to Correct Errors Despite Legal Action Ignored CFPB complaints from XX/XX/year>, failing to remove disputed accounts in violation of Florida Stat. 559.72 ( 9 ). Did not act on formal legal requests from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) demanding deletion of unverifiable charge-offs. Credit accounts involved in prior lawsuits ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) still reflect negative marks, demonstrating deliberate noncompliance. Artificially Lowering Credit Score Due to Unlawful Reporting Sustained reporting of charge-offs each month ( XXXX ) directly impacted credit score under Florida Stat. 559.77. TransUnion failed to acknowledge and remove fraudulent derogatory marks despite consumer protests and evidence. Attorney will be receiving copies of all documents to file relavant recovery for damages of uncorrected items. Furthermore the 2 charge offs by XXXX are false and misleading since they are not the original Creditor as they indicate. This is another violation.
