Consumer Narrative

Southwest Credit Systems is illegally accessing my credit report under he guise of a client who is stalking and harassing me by looking up my credit report in order to illegally access my credit scores, address, and creditors with the intent to do harm. I contacted the company of Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, and was told that are a data furnishing company contracted by clients to resolve outstanding balances. There were no balances nor any creditors that I owe located underneath my name, phone number, or social security number. The only item found was a paid balance that does not utilize social security numbers from XXXX for a tollway account that was paid in full. I spoke to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Team Lead and Customer Service Representatives at Southwest who researched and validated this information. I am attaching an image of the date the Southwest Credit Systems completed an impermissible inquiry. This impermissible credit report access is a breach of my privacy.
