MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT I disputed this collection account with Midland Credit Management and requested full validation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I asked for the original signed agreement, a complete payment history, and proof that they are legally authorized to collect and report this debt. I did not receive the required documentation. Despite this, they continue to report this account to the credit bureaus, which is a violation of my rights under the FDCPA and FCRA. I am requesting that this account be removed from my credit reports.
