I am filing this complaint due to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion 's failure to correct and remove inaccurate personal information from my credit profile, despite having received lawful notice. I submitted certified mail with return receipt to all three credit reporting agencies demanding removal of all false, obsolete, or unverifiable personal data listed in their records. Specifically, I made clear that the only valid and authorized personal information that should appear on my report is : Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX. Address : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, California XXXX I also informed them that I do not live at any other address, have no current employment, and do not work for XXXX or any other entity. Any addresses, employers, or variations of my name not explicitly listed above are to be considered unauthorized and unverifiable. This request was submitted in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) and 1681e ( b ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which require the credit reporting agencies to ensure that all personal information is accurate and can be verified. Despite having received and signed for my certified dispute notices, the agencies have continued to report incorrect personal data, which poses ongoing risk to my financial security, privacy, and creditworthiness. I am requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) enforce the immediate removal of all inaccurate or unverifiable names, addresses, phone numbers, and employment data from my credit file, and ensure my legal right to an accurate credit report is upheld.
