Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered inaccurate and damaging information concerning an account falsely marked as having a late payment. I made all required payments on time, and at no point did I default, delay, or violate any payment agreement with this creditor. Reporting a false delinquency shows a failure to comply with this legal obligation. 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Duty of Furnishers to Provide Accurate Information Furnishers like XXXX are legally required to report only truthful, complete, and updated data.
