I am writing to dispute the validity of all negatively reported accounts on my credit file that may be the result of identity theft or unauthorized use of my personal information, following the widely publicized data breaches involving Equifax, Experian, XXXX, and T-Mobile. These breaches compromised highly sensitive consumer data, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and account credentials. Due to the exposure of my personal information in one or more of these incidents, I have reason to believe that one or more accounts reflected in negative standing on my credit report may have been fraudulently opened or tampered with without my authorization. I am formally asserting my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), including but not limited to : 15 U.S. Code 1681i My right to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information. 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2 My right to block information resulting from identity theft. 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 The duty of furnishers of information to investigate disputed data. Attached below are screenshots of pay outs from Equifax on three separate occasions, an ID number stating my personal information was indeed compromised,
