Hello A payment dispute was opened By XXXX XXXX XXXX in which I alleged fraud in inducement by XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX by a third party Contractor employed there. Fitting fee {$600.00} dollars contacts {$1500.00} I won the both disputes XXXX XXXX ruled in my favor with letters dated XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX case number XXXX for {$600.00} dollars and XX/XX/XXXX for {$1500.00} in which XXXX did not challenge therefore accepting responsibility according to XXXX XXXX for the {$1500.00} Now XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been harassing me via phone calls and letters to this day for the {$600.00} fitting fee Usually 2 times a week and at least 3 times a month. They trick me with several phone numbers and when I called in good faith to resolve THEY TRIED TO CATFISH ME WITH TWO PEOPLE ON THEIR RECORDED LINE. Phone numbers are XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX Ref # XXXX I called XXXX XXXX dispute several times expressing my XXXX and they have documented the harassment I have experienced I disputed because Contractor told me AFTER XXXX collected my money via XXXX XXXX that the {$600.00} fitting fee was none refundable and that I would have to wear reading glasses even thought I said during our initial consultation that I have always had Multifocal contacts from other providers which I never had needed reading glasses... ever. And I am XXXX XXXXXXXX by today 's standards and have been wearing contacts since I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX are clearly in violation of FDCPA, FCRA and I ask that you investigate both companies to prevent someone else to be harassed by their unfair business practices and before my credit is effected ... my credit is excellent Thank you for your attention to this matter because the calls do not stop and their collection fees continue to climb {$200.00} per letter and month If you need anything further do not hesitate to contact me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
