The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681 LIST OF ACCOUNTS & ACCOUNT NUMBERS : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX looked at my credit report in XX/XX/year> and noticed that some of the information listed was incomplete and inaccurate. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), under XXXX5 USC 1681e ( b ), a consumer reporting agency must follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information it reports about a consumer. Additionally, under 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ), if an item of information is disputed and, after reinvestigation, is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, the credit bureau is required to : ( i ) promptly delete or modify that item as appropriate, and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of the change. Furthermore, under 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), a data furnisher must not provide any information to a consumer reporting agency if they know or have reasonable cause to believe the information is inaccurate. PLEASE CORRECT MY REPORT BY DELETING ALL UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS.
