What happened? ( Complaint narrative ) : I am a victim of identity theft and have submitted disputes and identity theft reports multiple times to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion under FCRA 605B. I also submitted an FTC Identity Theft Report and a police report, requesting an immediate block and removal of fraudulent accounts as required by law. Despite this, the credit bureaus have continued reporting these unauthorized accounts and failed to block the disputed information. Additionally, they failed to update my personal identifying information, such as removing incorrect names, addresses, and employment entries, even after multiple requests. I also requested the Method of Verification ( MOV ) under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), but I have not received any documentation or response. The reinvestigation processes were clearly automated ( via e-OSCAR ), not manual, and relied on frozen LexisNexis files, which makes the verification invalid. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 605B, 611, 607, 616, and 617. These errors have caused damage to my credit, stress, and hardship. I am seeking an immediate block of the fraudulent data, correction of my personal file, and confirmation in writing of the actions taken. ________________________________________
