Got sick from XXXX XXXX and failing XXXX and my XXXX XXXX account went into collection. I called and tried to setup payment arrangement to pay the XXXX debt off with XXXX. They told me that Recovery One had took over the account and I need to make payment with them. Recovery One called my home harassing me like I was going to jail for not paying the XXXX debt. I told them since they called my home harassing day and night I was going to pay them a certain amount each month until debt is paid. I have sent Recovery One 2 money orders total XXXX. My debt is only XXXX which is remaining balance. Recovery One taking the money not applying to my account and still showing on my credit report XXXX is still owed to them that's not true. I have my money order receipts showing proof that Recovery One is being paid.
