To Whom It May Concern, I recently received a copy of my credit report and noticed several inaccuracies, unauthorized accounts/information and charge offs reporting to my credit report. These remarks have been detrimental to my life and credit health. According to 15 usc 1681, I have the right to dispute inaccurate and unverifiable information that's on my credit report. I disputed multiples times with credit bureaus and its coming back as updated and verified without a proper investigation. The company failed to send me any of the information, I requested, even with my other complaint they never sent verification on debt, the original Contract bearing signature & explanation of the amount and how it was calculated. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding inaccurate information being reported on my credit file by Experian / Equifax / TransUnion. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly with the credit bureau and/or the data furnisher, the issue remains unresolved, and the inaccurate information continues to negatively impact my credit report.
