I opened a secured credit card with Capital One and XXXX. Two credits cards from two different companies and each were {$200.00} refundable security deposit which totals {$400.00}. I closed the account in XXXX and fully paid the balance. I was informed the deposit would be returned, but after several months, I have not received the refund. Ive contacted customer service multiple times and have not received a resolution. I am requesting that my security deposit be refunded.
