Someone opened a card with the company Upgrade in my name and made charges of nearly {$5000.00} on the card. I reported the fraud, and Upgrade refused to investigate the places the charges were made, and would not credit the account. After that, Upgrade sent the debt to debt collectors, who have been attempting to collect the debt since then. I made an identity theft report since then. The report was sent to Upgrade and XXXX XXXX XXXX, but the debt is still not being credited.
