In XX/XX/XXXX I got a false report from a company in FL for {$5800.00}. I never lived in this apartment. There is no public record in the court system. Apartment says I never lived there. I filed for identity fraud. Nothing worked. They won't prove what I apparently owe. My ex got this apartment with the girl he was cheating on me with. His name is XXXX XXXX and his DOB XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX THEY WONT PROVE ANYTHING JUST DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME!!!!! WONT SEND WHAT THE DAMAGES ARE OR ANYTHING. THIS IS UNFAIR!!!! MY EX HACKED ALL MY OLD EMAILS SO I MADE A NEW EMAIL. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?! I was living in XXXX CO when this happened
