I requested a refund, due to PayPal taking my refund, & I asked them to read the documentation I provided, which they did not due, and caused me to incur a lot of fees, instead of refunding my money with the documentation I provided. This was an error on PayPal 's behalf as they continued to ignore the documentation that they charged, refunded, and then took the refund back from XXXX. XXXX didn't respond again, because they had already responded by sending an email that documented that they'd already issued the refund that PayPal took out of my account causing me to incur {$210.00} in insufficient funds fees, and have to take out XXXX payday loans to keep my bank account from closing, for which I had pay {$130.00} in interest on. I will be filing another complaint for the {$340.00} still owed to me from XXXX due to their negligent error, ignoring the documentation that I provided which proved they owed me a refund and continued to still charge me a pay in XXXX plan for the same purchase, and for the lack of urgency in refunding my money which was detrimental to my financial health, and an extremely abusive form of consumer bullying on PayPal 's behalf.
