Subject : Request for Deletion of Sold Collection Account FCRA & FDCPA Dispute Account Name : Atlantic Capital Bank Account Number : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/year> Amount : {$720.00} To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to dispute the accuracy and validity of the above-referenced collection account currently listed on my Equifax credit report. According to my records, this account was sold to a third-party debt buyer.
