Delete or correct any data that can not be verified with legally sufficient documentation. Provide the method of verification, including : A description of the procedures used during reinvestigation ; The name, address, and contact details of any data furnisher or third party contacted ; All documentation relied upon for verification. Provide a complete consumer file disclosure including : All data in my file at the time of this request ; A list of all soft and hard inquiries with dates and reasons ; Copies of certifications from any party that accessed my credit file.
