I filed a dispute on XX/XX/2025 ; for account XXXX, and in less than 24 hours, I was advised that this debt had been validated. In accordance with the Fair credit reporting act, public law 91-506, Title VI section 611, subsection A-D, I asked that Experian please provide the names and business addresses of each individual with whom you verified the above validation so that I may follow up. As stated in the original dispute, this account was charged off in XX/XX/2025, yet there is still a payment history being reported, and is updating repeatedly as a charge off each month. A charged off account should NOT include an active payment history. This inaccurate information falsely manipulates the statue of limitations. You failed to investigate this account properly and your neglect has violated my rights.
