I opened a savings account with capital one on XX/XX/2025 and I did an ACH transfer from my External Account of {$20000.00} and after the money was transferred from my external account capital one seized my money and closed the account .. I have called them to know why the money is being held they told me the account is under investigation but they sent me an email few weeks ago that my account investigation is finished and they will mail me a check or send my money to any of my linked accounts but I havent received the money till date
