My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am writing regarding a charge-off account in the amount of {$19000.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX that was previously reported on my XXXX secondary credit report. I formally disputed this account with XXXX. As a result of their investigation, which was completed on XX/XX/year>, XXXX permanently deleted the account from my file due to its inability to be verified. This deletion confirms that XXXX and any associated data furnishers failed to provide verifiable and accurate information as required under the law. Therefore, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion are legally obligated to take the same action and remove this unverifiable entry from my credit reports immediately.
