Chime has repeatedly denied my disputes on transactions over the years. I have provided adequate evidence that includes messages from the merchants themselves showing they acknowledged selling me faulty products. I disputed 2 items recently. One the seller sent me a counterfeit XXXXXXXX XXXX and in the messages admitted to them sending lower quality products because of tariffs. Chime denied this and its getting to the point where I am realizing theres no true investigation or an intellectual human being looking at these disputes. The second dispute is still pending but chime keeps asking for information that I already provided. Asking me if I returned the item when I stated that the seller stopped responding to my messages after they lied about the product. I provided screenshots of this as well but Chime keeps asking for the same details. After this month, Im not banking with Chime because they obviously dont do ANYTHING to protect their customers from shady practices and they do everything to protect sellers who steal from their customers.
