XXXX I requested that the late fees and interest CEASE and be rectified via me credit file. The data quoted is not exactly accurate. When I started the program, I was told that NO LATE FEES or interest would accrue, and that I could just work through the program to pay down my balance. Had I known they would illegally report late fees and interest, I would not have closed my account. I closed it to avoid further fees and charges.
