Good day, I am submitting a complaint to inform you that I have fallen victim to identity theft. Following the guidelines outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 605b, I have reported the incident to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) through their website at https : //www.ftc.gov. According to the FCRA, Credit Reporting Agencies are mandated to investigate any items listed on an identity theft report. Please refer to the attached documents, which will assist in the investigation of the erroneous information currently being posted on my credit report. The following items do not belong to me or were opened without my permission.
