On XX/XX/year> I sent {$4000.00} to my wife through cash app from my XXXX XXXX account. It turned out she didn't need it anymore and returned it right away through cash app back to my XXXX XXXX account. It says on the app money has been refunded back to my account. Called cash app to verify and was told the money would drop in my bank account in 2 to 3 business days. 10 business days passed, called cash app they said i should call my bank. Called XXXX XXXX, they said cash app never refunded the money back into my account. It's been 3 months now going back and forth begging cash app to refund me back my money. {$4000.00} is a lot to let go. XXXX XXXX advised i should take legal actionwith cash app. I didn't know cash app could do a thing like this. I'm extremely devastated. I need help getting my money back.
