Freedom Mortgage has repeatedly denied Louisiana KP SCRA benefits requested. I am XXXX XXXX and have been since XXXX XX/XX/year> when I enlisted in the state of Louisiana. My legal Home of Record is and has always been the state of Louisiana. I have requested via phone and messaging for benefited to be applied and provided them with multiple documents proving my Home of Record as well as the state provisions. They have erroneously denied me the benefits, even denying them based on the federal provisions of the SCRA. Then cited the wrong Louisiana provisions.
