In XX/XX/year>, I was at the XXXX XXXX and a car hit the car my partner was driving. Among other mishaps, I lost my wallet where I carried my driver 's license, my social security card, and my debit card. I immediately called the bank and blocked the card and made an appointment to get my driver 's license again, and everything went back to normal. About a month ago, I started receiving letters that I don't recognize and proceeded to review my credit information, in which I could see that there are countless account numbers and reports that I don't recognize.
