I am filing this complaint against Castle Credit Co Holdings , LLC for refusing to remove a fraudulent account from my credit report, despite multiple disputes and formal requests. The account in question was opened fraudulently and contains charges that I did not authorize or benefit from. I have never entered into any agreement or financing arrangement with Castle Credit. When I became aware of this fraudulent account, I immediately disputed it with both the credit bureaus and Castle Credit directly, providing notice that I was not responsible for the charges.
