To Whom It May Concern, Subject : Request for Deletion of Derogatory Accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX and Fair Collections & Outsourcing ( FCO ) Due to Housing Hardship I am writing to formally request the removal of two negative accounts currently being reported on my credit file, which are having a direct and harmful impact on my ability to secure safe and stable housing : XXXX XXXX XXXX [ XXXX ] Fair Collections & Outsourcing ( FCO ) [ XXXX ] These accounts have become serious barriers to my housing eligibility. Despite my efforts to resolve or dispute them, they continue to negatively affect my credit standing and disqualify me from rental opportunities that are essential to my well-being and stability. I am currently seeking housing and have been denied multiple times due to the presence of these accounts.
